that contemporary art has been liberated from the bonds of strict figurative has been established for some time, but the work of American Dan Zeller seems to call into question any default category and report any data for some . To understand it is evident from the His line drawings in ink: although an artist of landscapes, there are no seas, no trees, no mountains, and yet those forms that unfold in a thousand streams and winding paths immmediatamente recall the beautiful shape of natural events. The artist says of himself and his works: "It 's as if they were seen by a satellite, to tens of kilometers away. They are lines that connect, rhythms that are repeated. Sometimes networks are visible only through a powerful microscope . orderly confusion reigns in my works. You're never sure what you are watching. " With an exhibition

Finally, a large, well-organized exhibition focusing on a great master of the 900, too often forgotten or set aside: Luigi Russolo. From volume presentation of the exhibition Controtempo:
Janis Joplin is definitely the most sensitive in accepting white artist and revise in a highly personal style influences of the most authentic black blues. Just think how much we suffered the blues in every song of this extraordinary artist, who manages to reinterpret and accommodate a whole tradition of going from labor camps, and come to merge, in a movement of rebellion Joplin felt that surely, the underground culture. When he came on stage at the Monterey Pop Festival with his first band, Big Brother the Holding company end, it was virtually unknown. That day in August 1967, the world knew his voice, his passion, the unique ability to channel her soul through performance never seen before. At Woodstock in 1969, he performed in yet another stunning performance, which consecrates the universally as one of the greatest voices of the blues. On October 4, 1970, while recording Pearl, died in Los Angeles for a heroin overdose. He was 27 years, just like Jimi Hendrix, who died a few days before a Londra.Come guitarist of Seattle has upset a few years in the blues-rock music. Her vocal performances are wonderful and the ability to play the blues in its original sense of music of the soul, suffering, dissatisfaction and pain.
Thank you, thank you very much Janis.

Volumes in freedom
From May 20 to June 18, at Salsomaggiore Terme Berzieri, takes place a remarkable collection of sculptors of Parma, entitled "Volumes in freedom." Ten teachers of the subject, contrary to the subject, as each of them approaches to a specific material: iron, bronze, raku ceramics, wood, terracotta, marble, mixed media. The elegant atmosphere of the spa Berzieri welcomes visitors, but the greatest pleasure awaits them in the eyes the rooms and wide corridors that house the exhibition in the basement. "Ten sculptors were invited to the Parma Berzieri under the theme Volumes in Freedom, a theme that is-not-theme, to allow everyone to make the best of themselves. I must now mention Maurizio Zaccardi, very active in the last two three years for a variety of personal and monuments that they have put him at the top of the sculpture local success has in fact received the sympathetic portrait of the poet "mat Safe", a bronze visitatissimo in the square of the mill, but pressed now to Brother Joseph 'Annunziata, Guareschi in Fontanelle (with bicycle in front of schools) and Arturo Toscanini, who could find a place in the square San Francis, before the House of Music. Rino Sgavetta, known as a figurative painter Fidenza, here is offered as an inventor of forms in wood, thin and modulated looking for a space after many years of landscape narrative. Maurizio Catellani Noceto of the movement in its search for "acrobat" of iron and wood and in the composition of slender wood from stone. Nan Goldin, very personal reportage
I saw his work for the first time last night in a debate on the new frontiers of reportage: she is Nan Goldin. American, 50, a hard life and a group of friends "stragglers" with which it must constantly be around to all the exhibitions and conferences to which it is invited to attend. She and her friends are the only actors of his shots and the interiors squalid and degraded where their life unfolds. Nan photographs of himself and all of them, even the privacy and secrecy of the meetings in the shadows of the bedroom. As a sort of photo diary incessant, the author abbondona any rule of composition Orthodox and often triggered tremors in the grip of alcohol or drugs: and, paradoxically, its strength lies here, in the rash and unusual, in step neutral and ruthless in its absolute sincerity. No filter is placed between the photographer and his, her absolutely, reality is a story that relates only to herself, she is giving importance to events, she is still frame by frame which reconstitutes the entire course of his life. Tortured and ill-fated love, funerals, alcohol, drugs, AIDS: with these issues has shocked the critics and became quotatissima acclaim as an artist and successful. Reassessment of the photo-reportage recall or innovative? The answer is all in "The Ballad of sexual dependence", his work more interesting.

Sex and landscape
I recently visited the exhibition SEX AND LANDSCAPE, Helmut Newton. Palazzo Reale in Milan never disappoints: big names, very accurate exposure, good background music. And in honor of Helmut and his beautiful models, pink walls shoking. Nude sculptures, hotel rooms fulfilled, wigs and oxygen are less known but equally extraordinary and melancholy landscapes. Leaving Las Vegas: desert road, stormy sky, endless path of life and destruction.

are holding two books, two different approaches and two different thoughts on this extraordinary art form that is photography. I mention this because this is what I think: the target images, the power of pictures. I could talk of nothing but this and at this time on this blog.
"What photography reproduces to infinity has occurred only once: it repeats mechanically what can never be repeated existentially. In it, the occurrence is not never transcends to another thing: it always leads the coprpus I need your body I'm seeing, it is the absolute particular, contingency supreme. "
